TGPA CONNECT allows staff to create visitor passes by selecting a pass type and entering details such as name, mobile number, address, and email. It also supports photo capture for identification purposes. Once a pass has been created, visitors can easily be marked as checked in upon arrival and checked out when leaving the premises. 

One of the app’s standout features is its analytics dashboard. Users can quickly view the total number of visitors who have checked in and out, as well as monitor visitor traffic across different departments. However, the reporting tools are fairly simple and lack the detailed breakdowns needed for more in-depth analysis. 

A real-time monitoring app 

Overall, TGPA CONNECT serves its purpose well as a visitor management and monitoring tool for the Telangana Police Academy. The pass management features and real-time tracking help streamline operations. Although the analytics are fairly simple, they still provide useful quick insights.
